Three steps, one single platform.

Delivery at the counter

The pharmacist opens the console, selects the service from the enabled catalog, captures patient consent, uploads the device file. The catalog is configurable — price, public-health tariff code, service duration, device label.

Remote reporting

Doctors in the Odin network claim the task from the reporting queue, download the file via signed URL, draft the report with AI assistance, digitally sign it. Queue managed by clinical priority and SLA.

Return to patient

The patient sees the signed report in their app, with the name of the reporting doctor and the original file always accessible. The pharmacy has full traceability of every status — from upload to signature to delivery.

Population dashboard

Five tiles at the top, readable in two seconds: followed population, low adherence, recent measurements, missing follow-ups, high CV risk. Below, territorial trends at 30 and 90 days — average adherence, BP out of range, follow-up coverage.

Queue of patients ready for a follow-up call, server-side filtered by explicit consent to proactive contact (collected in-app or at the counter). Every contact event is tracked — channel, outcome, operator — for GDPR Art. 30 accountability.

Engagement campaigns

Structured campaigns, not scattered reminders.

Creation wizard with cohort filters (age, adherence, CV risk, active therapies), multi-channel (in-app, push, SMS, email), native A/B testing support. Vouchers redeemable in-app, funnel measurable from launch to redemption.

Privacy-first by design. Aggregated, anonymized, minimum exposure thresholds. No possibility to drill down to the individual patient from the portal. Audit trail on every query and every export.
Tariffs and reporting

Public-health operations, without Excel sheets.

Service catalog with configurable price, public-health tariff code, reimbursability flag. Monthly summary ready: services delivered, total revenue, public-health vs private split. CSV export for reporting, mappable to regional Sistema TS tracks.
