Today

Continuity of cardiometabolic care.

The platform is operational for chronic patients — hypertension, T2D, dyslipidemia, heart failure, frailty — through treating physician, specialist, proximity pharmacy, caregiver. A single story, written by those who care.

6-12 months

Precision medicine platform.

Integrated omics layer — genomics, microbiome, metabolomics — landing on the longitudinal clinical history already accumulated. From an Italian platform to European infrastructure of precision medicine.

18-24 months

Public-health integration, territorial scale.

Visit booking via integrated public-health CUP, digital care pathways, aggregate analytics for local health authorities and Regions. CE-MDR Class IIa certification for clinical decision support.

Prospective observational study in pipeline with academic partner for validation of the Odin Health Score: AUC vs SCORE2 on the 12-month composite MACE endpoint. Primary endpoint tracked, MDR-compliant ICF.
CE-MDR Class IIa certification in pipeline for clinical decision support features for healthcare professionals, with European notified body selected and Technical File under construction.
GDPR and ISO 27701-oriented Privacy on longitudinal clinical data. Granular consents, revocable by type, audit trail on every access, minimum exposure thresholds on all aggregate outputs.
